Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all work created by AJ Llamas remains the intellectual property of the creator until full payment has been received.

2. Licensing

Clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables for the purposes agreed upon in the contract. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of work is prohibited.

3. Credit Requirement

AJ Llamas reserves the right to display the work in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
